Title: From Compliance to Capability: Reimagining Quality Behaviour Support
Date: 14th May 2026 9:30AM – 3:30PM (Adelaide time)
Facilitated by BSPA’s Chair, Dr Erin Leif.
The program will include keynote presentations, panel discussions, and a practitioner focused panel led by BSPA Directors — all designed to deepen shared understanding of what quality practice looks like in real world settings. BSPA will bring together researchers, practitioners, and sector leaders to explore how our field can move beyond minimum standards toward truly person centred, evidence based, capability building practice.
This full day virtual event marks an exciting milestone for our association and reflects BSPA’s commitment to providing high quality, accessible professional learning for behaviour support practitioners across Australia.
Because the event is fully online we encourage all those involved or interested in behaviour support to participate, connect with peers, and contribute to sector-wide discussions shaping the future of behaviour support.
If you wish to take advantage of the member only discount, consider membership.
Please email BSPA if you would like further information.
